CHAIRS, TABLES, & CARPET NOT INCLUDED IN BOOTH PRICE.

The exhibit hall is carpeted. All amenities can be ordered through AFSA’s official service contractor, VIPER Tradeshow Services.

 

BOOTH SELECTION:

BOOTH RESERVATIONS ON OR BEFORE 4/15/22:

Booth selection will be made on a priority basis by Sponsorship Level according to AFSA’s point system.

AFTER 4/15/22:

Booths will be selected on a first-come-first-served basis.

CANCELLATIONS:

Amounts are based on the total cost of booth space reserved. Upon written notice of cancellation, the total amount of booth will be refunded less a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:

BEFORE 5/13/22:

$250 per booth will be deducted from the refund

5/13/22 - 7/15/22:

$400 per booth will be deducted from the refund

AFTER 7/15/22:

No refunds
