Space discounts are available in the following increments:

  • 10% off booths totaling 201-400 SQFT
  • 15% off booths totaling 401-800 SQFT
  • 20% off booths totaling 801+ SQFT

Priority Booth Selection

Previous year's exhibitors and Strategic Partners receive priority access to booth selection for AFP ICON. Priority booth selection is slated to conclude in late October 2025. Booth sales will open to new and return (prior to 2025) AFP ICON exhibitors when priority booth selection concludes.

Payment Policy

Applications submitted on or before February 5, 2026 are eligible to remit a 50% deposit. Balances are due to be paid by February 6, 2026. All applications submitted February 6, 2026 through the event are required to be paid in full to meet approval.

Payments may be issued via credit card or invoice request (for ACH/wire or check payments). Full payment instructions will be provided on your invoice.

Exhibit Booth Purchase

Included...

  • One (1) identification sign listing company name and booth number

  • An 8' high back drape and 3' high draped side walls; aisle carpeting in all main and cross aisles; security beginning with set up and concluding after all freight has been removed

  • Complimentary Exhibit Hall/General Session Conference Registrations (to be determined by booth size; see below)

    • 100-199 square feet - 2 complimentary badges

    • 200-399 square feet - 4 complimentary badges

    • 400-599 square feet - 6 complimentary badges

    • 600-799 square feet - 8 complimentary badges

    • 800+ square feet - 12 complimentary badges

  • Discounted exhibitor registration fees for additional badges purchased outside of the complimentary allotment

  • Company listing in the official mobile app

Not Included...

  • Attendee list
  • Furnishings (tables, chairs, carpet*, etc.)
  • Utilities (electric, etc.)
*AFP ICON requires all exhibitors to have floor covering in booths.
