Pre-recorded Workshop Guidelines
If your session is designated to be pre-recorded, it is your responsibility to set up a run-of-show, coordinate the presenters, and record the presentation.
- Presentations must be MP4 video no larger than 4gig. If it is over 1gig, contact us at aaccconvention@aacc.nche.edu so that we can arrange pre-uploading the video or using a Youtube URL.
- Presentations must not exceed the time allocated for the workshop.
- The deadline to upload your pre-recorded file is April 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. ET
