SCHEDULE

A case study in the development and implementation of a collaborative system-wide Student Success Coaching Academy. Led by the New York State Student Success Center (NYSSSC) and hosted by the State University of New York (SUNY), the Academy is developing coaches who will support institutions in their journey to enhancing student success and completion. Attendees will learn about the model itself, about how the SUNY system is deploying coaches to catalyze institutional transformation, and why investing in organizational student success coaching is important to a college’s ability to implement large-scale culture change on campus.
