We have compiled the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist you with answers to the questions that we routinely receive.


What is AACC Digital?

AACC is offering AACC Digital on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (ET) during May 2021 for individuals interested in professional development and with engaging with other meeting attendees.


AACC Digital can host unlimited participants.  Sessions offered through AACC Digital will not exceed 30 minutes in length. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sign up for on-demand and real-time workshops that take a deep dive into key trends and issues impacting community colleges.  



Can I submit a proposal?

For AACC Digital, the same five tracks apply. Interested individuals can submit a proposal on an innovation/program/service under the track of their choice. The proposal must strictly follow the guidelines established, including the use of infographics, gamification, or other aids to keep attendees engaged. Interested presenters must upload a video of the first 5 minutes of their presentation into the portal for review, and there can be no more than 2 speakers on a session.

What are the deadlines for submitting proposals?


January 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. (ET) is the deadline for submitting a proposal for AACC Digital.



What is included in registration for the digital event?

AACC Digital registration includes access to pre-recorded sessions, pre-recorded sessions with live moderated Q & A, and live sessions, as well as the virtual exhibit hall and new product showcases.

Welcome reception packages can be purchased separately and will be mailed prior to the kick-off of the first virtual event on May 6, 2021.
