Posting and Networking

The association's Inaugural Career Fair, sponsored by the AACC Job Board, will take place on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Individuals registered for the 2023 AACC Annual can participate free of charge.  If an individual is only planning to attend the career fair he/she/they must register and pay the entry fee of $100.

Colleges interested in posting jobs and interviewing onsite, may purchase a package through the Exhibit/Sponsor form.  

Any exhibiting company/search firm can post jobs for the career fair free of charge.

Posting Job(s) 

A standard package allows job posters to upload 3 job announcements.  The announcement must include instructions that interested individuals must follow to submit their application packet.  Uploading your information in a timely manner will ensure that the most eyes view your announcement.  It also gives you adequate time to review applications, and set up interviews.

Schedule Interviews

Once the hiring manager reviews application packets, he/she/they can schedule up to 6 confidential/private interviews with potential candidates as long as those individuals are attending the conference or they have registered for the career fair. 

If a college, company or organization selects the posting and interview package, an interview room will be set aside for that organization to use for the duration of the job fair.

Other Activities

AACC is extending invitations to graduate degree programs for those individuals that would like to seek a degree or advanced degree to help career prospects. 

Search firms will also be available onsite with a comprehensive list of the position descriptions that they have been contracted to assist with.  Event participants will also have the opportunity to talk with search firm representatives about their position listings.

The association will also hold sessions during the career fair that focus on social media and how it can impact employment, putting together a first rate application and cover letter, and mock interviews.
