Full payment of registration and past due fees is required for admission to AACC Live and/or Digital.
AACC accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. The association will also accept checks during the convention registration period, but full payment must be received 10 days prior to the event. The registrant’s account will remain pending until payment is received and posted to the account.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by February 26, 2021. A refund of the conference fee (full registration), minus a $250 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. If you register and have a balance due, and you decide the cancel your registration after the cancellation date, you are still responsible for the $250 administrative fee.
AACC Live: In the event that you are diagnosed with COVID-19, you may submit a doctor's note or a copy of your test result verifying your diagnosis and receive a full refund. Your information will be kept confidential.
REFUNDS will not be granted for other issues postmarked after February 26, 2021.
We understand that special circumstances may arise after our deadline date, but refunds will not be issued. We would be pleased to credit your registration toward the next year’s convention. If the credit is not used the following year, it will be forfeited. AACC also regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Impact of the Pandemic
It is uncertain whether another shutdown is imminent. In the event that a shutdown to slow the pandemic is issued, the AACC Live content will be shared with registrants virtually.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers can only be accommodated with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in AACC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AACC.
