Participation Options

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and/or sponsorships for AACC Live. Interested companies can apply for the opportunity to exhibit, select sponsorships or both.  Full payment for exhibit space is due at the time that your application is approved and/or at the time that your sponsorship(s) are selected.

Email aaccconvention@aacc.nche.edu with the subject line Exhibitor Prospectus to receive a copy of our offerings.

This year, only 50 exhibitors will be selected to join us onsite.  Exhibitor applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.  To be considered for exhibit space at AACC Live, please complete the application questions in the exhibitor form.  Once you select your product, and submit your request, your application will go into pending status.  AACC will review the application and approve or decline it.  Applications are reviewed and scored based upon the alignment of the program and/or service that an exhibitor is providing and how closely it is aligned with current community college needs.  (Note: The likelihood for a company with no name recognition in the community college sector to attract leads at this meeting is low, so new companies are encouraged to focus on sponsorships instead.)

Due to COVID-19, this year’s designated exhibit space will be in the level 1 and 2 pre-function areas in the Music City Center, which is in close proximity to meeting rooms. AACC is only offering demonstration kiosks onsite, which are more compact and allow for better social distancing.  The demonstration kiosk will include: a countertop with one stool on each side, a plexiglass divider between exhibitor and attendee, and a flat panel monitor. Electric and internet will be provided as a part of the exhibit booth purchase. AACC will require only one exhibitor and one attendee at each kiosk at one time. All exhibitors must wear masks in the convention space. Demonstration kiosks will be placed 8 to 10 feet away from each other, and signage will be placed on the floor to allow other attendees interested in speaking with the exhibitor to maintain social distance. AACC will assign kiosk locations.
