Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, third parties requesting event space are doing so at their own risk. It is the responsibility of any inquiring third-party to implement proper protocols to ensure the safety of its guests. In that AACC is only making available meeting space at the request of third parties, the association is not responsible for seating layouts, meal service, etc.
