The AACC annual meeting is among the largest and most dynamic gatherings of educational leaders, attracting over 2,000 community college presidents and senior administrators, as well as international educators, representatives of business/industry and federal agencies. The premier event for community college leaders, AACC’s Annual Convention offers unprecedented professional development as well as the opportunity to network, share, and learn from professionals in the fields of education, business and industry, and the government sector.
In 2021, AACC Live will be offered in-person from April 11 – 14 in Nashville, TN for individuals comfortable with traveling during the pandemic.
The AACC Live agenda is different from the traditional Annual Convention agenda to ensure the safety of all of our participants. The AACC Live program is built on the concept of Curated Facilitated Learning (CFL). Curated Facilitated Learning focuses on high-priority trends and issues impacting community colleges delivered with lesson outlines, case studies, visual aids and resources, and hands-on activities that will allow participants to put their learning into immediate action. This programming will allow our attendees to participate in the professional development we are known for, while at the same time ensuring that we can guarantee the sanitization of all meeting spaces, and accommodate adequate social distancing protocols.
Our meeting is currently scheduled to take place at the Nashville Music City Center located at 201 Fifth Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203.
Please review the proposal guidelines and workshop descriptions before beginning your submission.
