2026 AACC Presidents Academy Summer Institute

The AACC Presidents Academy Summer Institute (PASI) is an annual professional learning retreat for community college CEOs. This retreat is designed as a reflective and generative space for leaders to step out of the day-to-day pressures of their roles and engage in deeper professional formation that seeks to align values and organizational mission. Grounded in the presidential formation and AACC’s evolving vision for leadership development, the retreat focuses on strengthening identity, self-awareness, resilience, and relational capacity in an era of constant complexity.

 

Participants will explore leadership not simply as a set of skills, but as a whole-person practice—integrating introspective development of purpose, character, adaptive decision-making, and sustainable executive habits. Through facilitated conversations, peer learning, and structured reflection, leaders will examine their lived realities of leadership today, share candid challenges, and build trusted relationships that extend beyond the retreat. The experience is intended to renew clarity, restore energy, and deepen leaders’ capacity to steward their institutions with wisdom, courage, and long-term perspective.

PASI Registration Rates:
$1050 for AACC member colleges
$1550 for AACC non-member colleges

Guest Registration Rates:
$225 for Guest/Partner/Spouse of AACC member colleges
$300 for Guest/Partner/Spouse of AACC non-member colleges
