The PlacesForBikes Conference will be held at the Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin. The Monona Terrace is designed as a world class conference venue as well as for complete accessibility and civic enjoyment. All conference events including the Wednesday evening welcome reception, conference's meetings, breaks and all meals will be held here, with the exception of the Thursday evening reception at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery. 


The closest airport to downtown Madison is MSN/Dane County Regional Airport, a 20 minute drive. Chicago and Milwaukee are two other options, although further away. 


There are room blocks reserved at the following hotels for the nights of Wednesday 6/28 and Thursday 6/29. Please refer to the "PlacesForBikes Conference" for the preferred room rate. Book your hotel room before the rates expire on May 15, 2017.

Transportation to and from all conference events will be provided. Taxis and other transport services are available and plentiful in Madison. Madison B-Cycle is also a great way to get around town. Please consider biking to explore Madison!
