Leadership Development Institute (LDI)
The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is a special program offered each year during the NABA National Convention. This is no ordinary conference seminar. We partner with premier institutions to develop a signature mix of content that leverages an immersive curriculum approach to equip participants with the skills necessary for sustainable success. The program is organized into three tracks: Aspiring Leaders, Management, and Executive. LDI takes place pre-conference on Wednesday, June 13 through Thursday, June 14.
Executive Leadership Development Institute
ELDI presents senior leaders with an opportunity to take a deep dive into the issues that can drive organizations to extraordinary growth or limit an executive’s success. By working with the most highly regarded presenters and learning from peers at their level, executives prepare to make the decisions critical to their organizations and their own reputation as pivotal leaders.
Management Leadership Development Institute
For participants with seven to eleven years of experience and a minimum of three years of management experience, MLDI Sessions are designed to motivate and inspire participants to increase performance as individuals, manage teams, and strengthen their leadership competencies. This program equips midlevel managers with the tools that will enhance their ability to motivate others, streamline processes and influence colleagues to make the best business decisions.
Aspiring Leadership Development Institute
For participants with four to seven years of experience. ALDI is designed for aspiring and newly promoted managers. It focuses on examining and discussing the challenges many managers face in their companies as they prepare to accelerate their careers.
