Registration Information & Options

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full Conference Registration which includes the newcomer’s reception, the opening reception, concurrent conference sessions and scheduled meals from September 30-October 3.
NEW THIS YEAR: Full conference registration includes unlimited access to 52 hours of recorded concurrent sessions from the 2015 AHP International Conference. You will be emailed access to the recording after the conference.
***Pre-conference workshops require an additional fee and are not included in full conference fee.***

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Single day registration includes all sessions and meals scheduled for the day you are registered (does not apply to Wednesday, September 30).

DEEP DIVE WORKSHOPS: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30
Consider adding a pre-conference workshop to your registration! If you’re new to health care philanthropy, AHP’s renowned Development Primer is a great starting point on Wednesday, September 30. Looking to become certified? The Advanced Course in Health Care Fundraising, also on Wednesday, September 30, is a path to study for certification. The HIPAA workshop is a must for anyone wishing to gain better understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations and how they apply to fundraising. Each of these pre-conference workshops requires a separate fee.

PAYMENT
Attendees may register with credit cards or by check. All fees are in U.S. dollars. If you are an issuing a check from outside the U.S. the check must be bank-issued in U.S. Funds (not handwritten).

REFUND POLICY
If you provide payment and require a charge to be reversed to use another form of payment, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing by September 11, 2015. AHP will refund the fee less a $75 administrative fee for any cancelations. No refunds will be made after September 11, 2015.

CONFERENCE FEES FOR NON-EXHIBITING CONSULTANTS
It is an AHP policy that all AHP affiliate members and prospective affiliate members (i.e., vendors and consultants) must register
as an exhibitor or non-exhibiting consultant. Please note that non-exhibiting consultants are ineligible to display any marketing materials or job postings at the conference and will not have a company description listed in the Program and Exhibitor Guide. Should you prefer these benefits, exhibiting is the best registration option. Please click here for exhibit hall registration information.

HOSPITAL CEO/BOARD MEMBER SPECIAL RATE
Institutional representatives who are attending the AHP annual conference with an AHP member may attend at the member rate. You must be a hospital CEO, president, executive director, administrator, trustee, or volunteer. This offer is not available for foundation CEOs, presidents, or executive directors. Please note the name of the member with whom you are attending, on the form or online registration in order to receive the discount.

CONSENT TO USE PHOTOS
Registration and attendance at or participation in the AHP International conference constitutes an agreement bythe attendee to AHP’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee image or voice in video or photographs.

CONFIRMATION
After you register you will receive an electronic confirmation within ten business days. The confirmation will outline more pertinent information about the event. AHP will communicate important information leading up to the conference by email including badge information, handouts being posted online and travel information.
